Job description Main Job Responsibilities:
Documentation: Prepare necessary documentation, including Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, and pro forma invoices. Coordination: Coordinate daily product movements with sales teams and customers. System Management: Confirm product availability and create orders in the JDE system. Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team for orders requiring fittings. Customer Interaction: Pre-call customers as needed before shipment. Data Management: Perform data entry tasks in JDE and DSI systems. Communication: Liaise with customer service via email and phone to address inquiries and concerns. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies and complete necessary corrections. Logistics Tracking: Monitor and track proof of delivery. Inventory Management: Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes. Safety Compliance: Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-offs. Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor Required Skills & Abilities:
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French. Technical Skills: Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Mathematical Competence: Strong mathematical skills. Physical Requirements: Valid forklift license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
