We’re looking for a dedicated Office and HR Administrator to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both our office and HR functions, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
We are open to flexible working options, including part-time hours such as school hours, to accommodate your needs.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee data, contracts, and HR records

Manage office supplies, visitor systems, and phone management

Coordinate training, annual leave, and absence tracking

Provide general admin support to HR and senior leaders
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Relevant experience in a generalist HR role (HR qualification preferred but not essential)

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Strong interpersonal skills

Flexibility and adaptability to change
