What It Takes to Shine:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of dispatch truck experience
• Experience with JDE
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Friendly attitude and sharp organizational skills

How You’ll Keep It All Together:

• Perform general clerical duties such as printing paperwork, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to internal staff, drivers, and customers.
• Assist drivers at the window by receiving and processing incoming paperwork.
• Dispatch drivers and coordinate incoming/outgoing truck documentation.
• Perform data entry tasks in Excel and other systems such as JDE, ASAP, and Open Doc.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with additional office duties as needed.
