North America Operations Manager

Our client, a fast-growing financial technology consultancy and is operating across three locations—London, North America, and Saudi Arabia, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team! THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION

Role Overview:

The North America Office Manager will join their Operations Team to support the growing North American presence (Canada and the US) and contribute to global operations. Reporting to the Operations Team Manager in London and the Head of North America in Vancouver, this role ensures smooth operational activities, supports day-to-day administrative tasks, and drives operational efficiency in alignment with our global strategy.

This is a full-time role, requiring core working hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Activities:
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of consultant timesheets.
  • Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Manage client and consultant data in compliance with data privacy rules.
  • Oversee client and consultant onboarding for seamless engagement.
  • Maintain consultant documentation (e.g., contracts, insurance).
  • Coordinate document signing via DocuSign.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead small to medium operational projects focused on North America.
  • Drive process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with local market regulations.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist the Head of North America with scheduling, travel, meeting organization, and preparation of materials.
  • Sales and Reporting Support:
  • Contribute to RFPs and other client or partner requests.
  • Provide management information on resources, consultant availability, and project status.
  • Generate regular reports on operations, risks, and achievements.
  • HR and Regional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate on HR matters with the Global COO and Head of North America.
