We are looking for a Offline Production Manager in our Meadville, PA Float Glass facility to be responsible

to plan, organize and manage 24-hour operations in the Tempering, and grinding operations to manufacture value added glass to customer requirements. Efficiently develop and utilize people, equipment, materials, utilities and budget to meet SBU requirements for Safety, Environmental, Quality, Labor and Expense in Tempering and Grinding area. Provide leadership for the development and effective implementation of strategies to achieve and maintain world-class levels of quality while improving profitability. Maintain close interactive relationship with Customer Service and Marketing.

This position requires a degree in Engineering with a minimum five to ten years experience in manufacturing or related operations. The incumbent must be familiar with the tempering, and glass fabrication operations.
