JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll cycles ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies

  • Maintain and update employee records, salary changes, benefits and deductions in the payroll system

  • Preparation of salary payment information in the format requested by Banks

  • Reconcile payroll data with bank statements, employee records, and other relevant accounts.

  • Coordinate with HR to manage payroll related inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently by collecting and analyzing information

  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, ensuring accuracy for financial records and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify errors proactively.

  • Fulfilling internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for satisfying process compliance

  • Recommend and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

  • Support system upgrades or implementations by testing and validating changes to payroll systems.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, HR or a related field

  • 1 – 3 years of HR client experience; payroll experience is preferable

  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS software

    Skills

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, Service Now or similar platforms)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • French language is a plus
