Compensation Package: Competitive Base Wage ($20.00) + Shift Differentials ($1.00 for 2^nd Shift, $2.00 for 3^rd Shift) + Full Benefits Package
Shift Details: Training for 3^rd Shift is required on either 1^st or 2^nd Shift. Candidates must be able to train on 1^st or 2^nd Shift until we have a fully trained, fully staffed 3^rd Shift team.
Training Hours:
1^st Shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (50 Hour Work Weeks)
2^nd Shift: 2:00pm – 12:30am, Monday-Friday (50 Hour Work Weeks)
Standard Hours:
            3^rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am, Monday-Friday
*The right candidate will expect to work until 8:30am on Saturday mornings when we have mandatory overtime scheduled for 1^st/2^nd Shift – Hours 6:31am-8:30am will be paid at double pay*
Job Title: 3^rd Shift Canning Line Operator
What You Will Do:

• Set-up, operate, monitor and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment, including: filler, seamer, packaging, and palletizer equipment to ensure quality and efficiency of product output
• Perform and document quality checks to ensure every can meets our gold-standard
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues on the machine to keep production moving
• Notify maintenance of equipment and other mechanical issues/necessary repairs as they arise
• Perform physical inventory of packaging materials, reporting replenishment needs quickly to avoid delays due to shortage of materials
• Follow safety protocols, GMPs, and maintain sanitary and clean conditions to ensure equipment and product quality at all times
• Perform all duties with strict attention-to-detail to ensure product is packaged properly and efficiently, meeting all quality, food safety, and client specification standards
• Collaborate with a strong, supportive night crew
• Provide support as needed by working overtime to help operations and other shifts in staffing shortages
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• 1-year+ experience in food or beverage manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environments 
• Previous experience working in the food/beverage industry, with an understanding of food safety & quality requirements (strongly desired)
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for up to ten (10) hours in one shift
