Based on the needs of the department and on training, competence, and skill, the RN will perform in the role of circulator, and/or scrub nurse. **T** **he value** **you’ll** **bring to the team:** + Plans patient care using the nursing process. + Functions as a Patient Safety Advocate. + Assists with departmental Performance Improvement initiatives. + Communicates patient information. + Maintains and ensures a safe environment for staff members, patients/significant other and visitors. + Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and health care team members.
