- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/distribution center operations; at least 2 years in a leadership role (multishift or multisite preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in highvolume, timesensitive distribution (beverage, FMCG, or similar environment a plus).
- Proven track record of managing and developing frontline teams and supervisors.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, inventory control, and safety practices.
- Ability to work flexibly in support of 24/7 operations (evenings, nights, weekends, and oncall as needed).
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills; comfortable working with KPIs and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across different functions and levels.
- Travel 20-30%
