High School Diploma and currently enrolled in an accredited University pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in Engineering or enrolled in a Community College pursuing a degree in industrial maintenance. Excellent communication skills are required. Strong computer skills (MS Excel & PowerPoint) are required and the ability to develop interface applications which can be used by our technical teams to reduce troubleshooting, reduce setup, and machine downtime. Solid technical writing skills are required. Any experience with Power BI is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement and track improvements to efficiencies.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a must.
• Document in-process results.
• Document and report production improvements at present to management.
• Ability to work in a safe and effective manner.
• Assist in training with new standards developed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
