We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance consultant with experience in managing risk and safety to support us on a short-term project, delivering market-leading coaching and consulting services to our clients based in China. You will work with the dss+ team to help our clients transform their safety behaviours and culture.

Job requirements

About You:

Our Independent Consultants are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries.

You will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience as an Operations Manager within the Chemical Industry, having worked in an operations leadership role within a plant for 5+ years.
• Ideally, you will have specific experience in both coaching and management, helping people evolve their thinking and behaviours.
• In-depth knowledge of operational risk issues and safety within the Chemical Industry
• Experience in running and managing risk and safety within a complex chemical industry environment.
• You will already be working as a freelance professional, available at short notice and willing to travel across the country.
