Operations Non-Technical Internship (Onsite)

Job Description

In this role you will support the EW-IMC Factory as a non-technical intern supporting the Operations, Supply Chain and Factory Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will assist with analytics, factory support, and continuous improvement projects. They will have the opportunity learn basic functions of Oracle MRP, interface with manufacturing professionals, interface with suppliers and/or interface program leadership. They could expect to move material, mine data and provide analysis, and work as part of a team to achieve desired results.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance
• Must have completed their junior year at a 4yr university

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience in Data Analytics
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of MRP concepts
• Knowledge and understanding of Finance concepts.
• Good Communication skill

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $43847 – $59143

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
