Job Description

Shift: Night

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operates equipment to produce finished goods to production specifications.
* Ability to safely STOP equipment during normal conditions and during an emergency.
* Sets machine up to SOC using the appropriate conditions.
* Uses a computer system to set run conditions and adjusts as necessary within SOC.
* Performs line start up and line shut down.
* Understands and safely operate equipment.
* Follows all training documents or standard operating procedures (SOP) to operate the line safely and efficiently.
* Uses production reporting systems to fulfill job functions.
* Safely operates lab equipment.
* Understands all quality lab equipment and is able to operate and adjust as necessary to safely test film samples.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
* Strong mechanical aptitude is desired.
* Ability to make sound decisions and follow guidelines.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
* High awareness toward safety.
* Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
* Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.
* College-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary.
* Ability to operate cranes, forklift, and other related equipment.

Physical Requirements:
* Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
* Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 40lbs.
* Eye/hand coordination.
