Our vacuum tool operators use vacuum tools to deposit films as part of the production of high-powered lasers. This role includes plenty of opportunities for growth within the company.

Duties:

Operate vacuum tools to deposit films with close attention to detail according to specified operating procedures.
Judge defects based on set criteria, including color.
Prepare materials for production by following set procedure.
Maintain records about the process as directed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Arm-hand steadiness with good hand-eye coordination and fine motor control.
Comfortable working with small fragile parts.
Some experience in manufacturing or other job working with hands/tools such as auto repair, construction, etc.
Ability to differentiate colors.
Must have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime.
Able to work carefully, consistently and be able to identify errors.
Familiarity with PCs, Microsoft Windows, and basic Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cleanroom experience
Vacuum tool experience
