Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join a local, well-established organization. This position plays a crucial role for the success of the business, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Review inventory levels to ensure order fulfillment.

• Communicate effectively with customers about order status and potential delays.

• Collaborate with sales, shipping, and warehouse departments to coordinate order processing.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Maintain accurate and detailed order files and records.

• Participate in quality assurance checks for order accuracy.

• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and typing skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Familiarity with order entry software would be a plus.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
