Job Location: Laredo/Zapata,Texas Areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: 4-9pm, 5-days a week, days may vary.

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.10 – $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent
No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
