Background:
The OSCE Mission in Kosovo focuses on institution- and democracy-building, human rights, and rule of law. It works in areas such as human rights protection, good governance, gender equality, civic participation, training of public officials and police, and project co-ordination.
The selected intern will assist the Mission’s programmatic departments, helping with project activities, report development, and analysis. This role offers the chance to learn about the Mission’s work in institution-building, democracy assistance, and human rights, while developing skills in legal drafting and analysis.
During the 6-month assignment, the intern will support project activities related to the below four departments. The intern will also participate in meetings with stakeholders, gaining practical experience in a multi-institutional environment.

This internship will provide an opportunity for selected candidates to gain practical experience in an international and multicultural environment while developing their professional skills and understanding of the OSCE’s mandate and activities in Kosovo.
