Consultant Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the potential for OBF in SRH programs, focusing on stakeholder engagement and financing mechanisms.
• Literature Review: Review existing literature and case studies on OBF in SRH and related sectors to identify best practices, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and map key stakeholders involved in SRH programs and financing mechanisms.
• Survey Development: Design and distribute a stakeholder survey to assess interest and readiness for OBF in SRH programs.
• Qualitative Research: Conduct key informant in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to gather insights from stakeholders regarding the potential for OBF implementation.
• Final Reporting: Compile findings into a comprehensive report summarizing insights from the literature review, stakeholder survey, and qualitative research, including recommendations for OBF in SRH programs.
