Job Overview:

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing outreach projects and initiatives that enhance the organization’s visibility and community engagement. This role involves coordinating events, communications, and building relationships with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to create outreach materials
• Experience planning and coordinating events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Days
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm
• Flexibility may be required as needed for outreach events

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate outreach events and activities
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Create and distribute outreach materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
• Organize and facilitate informational sessions and workshops
• Respond to inquiries from the public and provide information about programs and services
