The Opportunity

Key Internal Relationships: 

  • NBI Management Team

Key Responsibilities: 

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior management and to be responsible for key duties to support the team. Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential for this role, as is absolute integrity in the handling of highly confidential information and materials. 
  • PA support to Chief New Business and Enterprise Risk Officer, Director of New Business Intake and the senior New Business Intake Management Team, including diary management and document production.
  • Management of New Business Intake calendars, including scheduling appointments, entering the team holiday, managing meetings, and booking meeting rooms when necessary. 
  • Assisting in the management of Insider List inbox and Retainers inbox. 
  • Maintaining the New Business Intake Business Continuity plan and contacts.
  • New starter induction planning and assistance.
  • Handling and re-directing global enquiries and calls into the New Business Intake team in the absence of members.
  • Assisting in invoice payments.
  • Tracking team budgets.
  • Assisting with internal reporting to key stakeholders.

Qualifications, skills and experience: 

  • PA or relevant level of administrative experience.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Willingness to undertake training in new software to assist with tasks i.e. Qualtrics, the Learning Hub, data rooms.
  • High working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word is essential.
