Local West Bend company looking for 2nd Shift Production Helpers in the Paint line Department; looking for individuals who are interested in a long term career move!!!

Temp-to-hire!

Monday-Friday

2nd shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm 

$17+/hour

Position Overview:

This role is primarily responsible for hanging parts on the Paint line, unloading parts, inspecting, sorting, and counting order quantities. The Production Helper may be assigned to any department to assist in meeting the needs of production. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Hang/Remove parts from Paint line.
• Inspect parts visually.
• Sort and count order quantities.
• Data entry and basic computer functions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• NO experience necessary!
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have steel-toed boots or shoes and/or metatarsal guards.
• Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
