Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm who is searching for legal support to join their firm! The firm focuses on business litigation, real estate, and probate matters. This role centers on preparing judicial council forms, drafting letters and oppositions, conducting research, and handling template-based work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.

• Prepare judicial council forms with meticulous attention to detail.

• Draft letters and legal oppositions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.

• Manage a varied workload based on template-based assignments.

• Utilize Case Management Software for efficient handling of legal cases.

Requirements

• Strong briefing skills to provide clear, concise information to attorneys and clients.

• Excellent calendar management skills to organize meetings, deadlines, and court schedules.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
