Paralegal Supervisor – Credit Hire – National Law Firm – BirminghamTaylor Root are currently working on a new Supervisor position with a leading national law firm. The firms Cradit Hire team are looking to recruit up to 5 Supervisors in their Birmingham office on a permanent basis.The FirmOur client is a leading national full-service law firm who operate across the UK as market leaders in various contentious and transactional areas. They can trace their roots back over 200 years and have a established themselves with strong heritage in insurance, health and real estate.The TeamThese positions will sit within the Insurance sector, specifically with a focus on Credit Hire & Damage. This team deals with pre-litigation and litigation for over 40 insurers/self-insurers and handle close to 20,000 claims a year. This includes handling complex claims and ongoing protocols. This can be in criminal motor defence, motor fraud, injury, recoveries, and credit hire.The RoleYou will be joining a large team and supervise a team of 5 Paralegals with their own cases, which will include providing day-to-day support to each of your team members. This will include personal management, financial, understanding utilisation rates, ensuring team targets are set and met. You will also have a small caseload of 20/30 cases, with a view to reducing this in the future.The Ideal CandidateYou must have at least 2 years of prior paralegal experience, handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims.
