Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students!

We do this by building a team of mission-driven individuals, who are passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children. Our vision is to bring exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow.
Part-Time After-School And Summer Camp Staff We Call Our Educators: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (based on
education &
experience)
- Locations: Dunlap School District area schools
- Start Date: Immediate
- Required: Must at least 18 years old and have one year of experience working with children in a group licensed childcare or school setting
Required work schedule for the current school year below:
– Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
– Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Please note that you must be able to work this full Monday through Friday schedule.
Summer Camp- Following the end of the school year, you will transition to a summer camp schedule, which may have different hours.
****This role will have the option of working through into our 2026-2027 after-school program when summer camp ends****
You’ll drive the mission by:
- Daily Program Meetings: Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
- Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities and curriculum; that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
- Leading by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. You will achieve this by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
- Prioritize Safety and Joy: Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. These may include documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Communication: Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
