PART TIME CASHIER/RECEPTIONIST

GORDIE BOUCHER FORD OF THIENSVILLE

 

We have a part time opening for a qualified person with strong customer service skills to handle our reception and cashiering duties. The part time schedule includes 3- or 4-week day evenings from 4 pm – 8 pm and every other Saturday from 8am-5pm.  Competitive wage. 

 

Duties include but not limited to: 

• Review work orders for accuracy
• Close repair orders and parts counter tickets
• Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card transactions
• Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
• Route all incoming phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with service file scanning

Applicant MUST:

• Be familiar with Excel
• Be able to handle multiple tasks
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Be an enthusiastic team player
• Be self-motivated
