HR Assistant’s job entails providing assistance with the administration of day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. HR Assistant will work closely with the human resources director that will effectively support and manage tasks as assigned. HR Assistant’s role is to be a support service to the organization to help achieve the organizational goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and maintain HR files
- Call to schedule interviews
- Help with administrative work and tasks when needed
- Help complete projects as assigned
Skills and Specifications
- Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Effective problem-solving skill
Preferred education and Qualifications
- Highschool diploma
- Associates Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or higher
