Position Summary Details

The Airport Valet is responsible for providing Valet services to airport parking customers. The Valet will proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional and quick manner to provide responsive customer service.

Pay: 17.00 per hour/Bi-Weekly

Shift: 

Friday 2pm to 10:30pm, Saturday to Monday, 6am to 12:30pm

Essential Functions

• Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner 
• Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary 
• Quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service 
• Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist parking customers with luggage
• Thoroughly inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking
• Drive vehicles to drive-thru car wash, as needed
• Accurately track tickets and car keys
• Work cooperatively with other team members 
• Perform other related duties as directed by Operations Manager 

Qualifications

• One year of similar experience preferred
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
