Description Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking a Part-Time Staff Accountant to assist with day-to-day transactions and general accounting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting detail oriented with experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Support month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with account reconciliations Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory guidelines Requirements Qualifications:

Experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services is required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3+ years of accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
