WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes a positive financial well-being. Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals for internal and external sales to existing and potential members. Build rapport with members to cross-sell financial products and services that deepen relationships and fosters branch growth while adhering to credit union policy and procedures. Accurately and efficiently process a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests. Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Availability to work 20-25 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am – 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm at our Rogers branch location; non-exempt.

In addition:

High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit of with a specified end date).
One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.
One year of cash handling experience, preferred.
Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales, preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.
Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), interpersonal skills, and active listening skills.
Good decision-making skills and judgement.
Ability to perform calculations and proficiency in basic math skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and maintain accurate records.
Ability to communicate with a diverse membership and employee population.
A professional and friendly appearance and demeanor.
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $18.00 to $19.75 per hour. In addition, we offer:
