position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Part-Time Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for patients to and from medical appointments and Health Center programs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients have access to the care they need.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from scheduled appointments and Health Center activities
• Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed, including those with mobility limitations
• Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage records, and scheduling documentation
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and Health Center safety protocols
• Provide courteous, respectful, and culturally sensitive service to all passengers

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience providing transportation services preferred, especially in a healthcare or community setting
• Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
