Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing product support to distribution, operations, and execution of key elements of the product’s value proposition and capabilities. This role will focus on identification, creation and implementation of product tools and processes. This role leads a team of individuals who have ranging responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• People Leader for a small team:
  • Authority and accountability to hire, fire, develop, supervise, evaluate, and coach.
  • Foster an innovative, creative, supportive and positive work environment.
  • Prepare and deliver employee performance appraisals and merit decisions.
• Partner with leaders in managing the relationship between TruStage and external service providers.
• Manage product/program lifecycle.
• Participate in the development and execution of the channel.
• Promote the strategy for given product/program.
• Serve as the primary resource for business analysis and statistical analysis. Disseminate key findings.
• Analyze results; identifying and building new tools/processes to help optimize program performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to develop training materials for staff, building knowledge.
• Manage quality control of information.
• Assist the Head of Distribution in providing strategic distribution data to set the 3-year distribution strategy.
• Execution Area Lead on the business planning/CPO and directing IT resources needed to expand distribution and improve advisor experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of partner management or relationship management experience.
• Ability to translate strategy into action, with solid planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience working with a cross functional team.
• Contract negotiation skills preferred.
• Travel up to 15%.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$112,400.00 – $168,600.00
