Leading property consultancy seeking to appoint a new Partner to lead their Retrofit business across the UK.The CompanyA long established multi-discipline business offering an expansive list of private and public sector clients the full professional range of services across building consultancy, asset and property management, development advisory and project management. Continuing to invest in its service offering, they are now seeking to appoint a Partner to lead the development of its Retrofit business.The RoleWe are seeking to appoint a Partner with a track record of delivery in the retrofit environment: working with residential property companies, housing associations, registered providers and local authorities to upgrade existing portfolios of assets and enhance their EPC performance.As Partner you will have the ability to lead and grow a UK based team who are responsible for the design and project delivery of retrofit solutions. Highly business networked, you will be recognised in the residential property sector as a technical expert – helping to efficiently and economically improve the performance of large residential portfolios.The PersonYou will have considerable experience of design and delivering retrofit solutions to residential portfolios. Helping assess the clients technological issues creating a programme of works that accommodates their time and budget constraints. Overseeing the projects from inception to completion you ensure the successful delivery of a variety of creative solutions that could include solar, cladding, insulation and heating engineering.
