PARTS COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE

• Computer skills are required, including Microsoft products and other applications as needed; with ability to learn Caterpillar’s “Dealer Business System” (DBS) and related rental software programs.
• Must be able to work additional hours as needed to meet business and customer demands.

Physical requirements must be met for the Parts Counter Sales Associate job, including regularly being required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. As needed will be required to assemble Hydraulic Hoses as well as well as general parts warehousing functions. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Starting Compensation Range: $21.00- $32.83 per hour
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, candidate qualifications, education, geographic location, and other relevant business factors. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance e.g. discretionary incentive programs or non-discretionary incentive plans.
