Job Summary:
The Parts Delivery role is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, fulfilling technician requests, and supporting daily service operations. This position manages parts inventory across multiple locations, coordinates deliveries and stock replenishment, and ensures the parts deliveries remain organized and efficient. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts, materials, tools, and supplies
  • Receive, stock, and distribute parts to support field technicians and operations
  • Monitor inventory usage, conduct routine inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed
  • Coordinate parts deliveries and transfers between warehouse and storage locations
  • Process purchase orders, returns, and inventory-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records within inventory management systems
  • Keep the parts room and storage areas organized, clean, and safe
  • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Promptly report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions to help protect employees, customers, and company property.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, and prompt reporting of hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to safely tow and maneuver a trailer in a variety of driving and job site conditions.
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, parts, or related experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and effectively utilize inventory management, purchasing, and business software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous inventory, warehouse, parts, or related experience.
  • Experience in the HVAC/R, construction, or mechanical trades industry.
  • Currently pursuing, or interested in pursuing, an HVAC/R degree.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work in warehouses, shops, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and material-handling equipment.
