Parts Loader Platform – 2nd Shift

position SUMMARY:

The Parts Loader-Platform position is responsible for reading the prints of the trailer model, hanging, and then sending the proper parts, along with the frame through the paint system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Reads trailer prints and coordinates proper parts for the trailer model.
• Reviews the daily trailer schedule to get set up for the shift.
• Requests parts needed for models to be sent through paint system.
• Measures and inspects parts received to validate quality and accuracy.
• Observes trailer frame sent to verify proper location on carrier.
• Hang and send parts that go with the frame onto the carrier.
• Send hung parts on carrier into the paint system.
• Operates a clean and organized workstation.
• Supports other departments when needed.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

experience/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Ability to read and understand trailer prints.
