Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Pastry Cook l to join their team! This position will primarily support Capolinea.

The ideal candidate will have a minumum 3-5 years of restaurant pastry experience and a background in fine dining.

Shift Pattern: PM Shift/ Full availability is required to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays/ Typical shift pattern is 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

A Pastry Cook is responsible for creating, preparing, producing and baking all pastries, breads, rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
