Patient Experience Associate, UHS Eaton Center

United Health Services is seeking a Patient Experience Associate to join our Eaton Ctr Switchboard and Reception department at UHS Eaton Center in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$15.00 – $20.74 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

Under supervision, performs secretarial duties, utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinical, or laboratory procedures.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care.
• Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Medical Terminology, experience with scheduling.

License/Certification

Preferred:

• Current driver’s license
