In this role, you will provide direct support to the physicians and patients for assigned primary and specialty care physicians. Principal duties include but are not limited to:
Major duties include:
Proficiency in Epic CareConnect, including scheduling and charge worklist maintenance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to triage patient concerns and follow established protocols.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, physicians, and staff.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population in varying degrees of health.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
