For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

• Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work weeks with operating hours Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM
• 100% onsite at300 Professional Drive in Scarborough, ME

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
