Payment Poster/Biller – Full time

Working under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Manager and Lead Biller will share the responsibilities of being accessible to physicians, staff and patients regarding billing questions; assures that all billing functions are completed in a timely fashion and develops billing goals. position consists of posting payments received both electronically and by mail. Working various queues related to payments and other tasks as assigned by manager.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of medical billing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
• Competency with ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Computer proficient
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Command of verbal and written English

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

License/Certification: N/A
