position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll operations across the United States. This role is responsible for managing a team of payroll professionals, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and driving continuous improvement through technology, compliance, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in payroll operations, leadership capabilities, and a mindset for innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize payroll systems and workflows, including automation and integration initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Lead audits and reconciliations, and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze payroll metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with legislative changes and emerging technologies impacting payroll operations.
• Support change management efforts related to payroll system upgrades, policy changes, and organizational restructuring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, SAP) and HRIS integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with automation and AI-driven payroll solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000, and includes benefits such as the following:
