The PC Support Technician provides onsite technical support to hospital staff, focusing on device refresh tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable access to technology in a clinical environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
* Provide onsite technical support to hospital staff with minimal disruption to clinical workflows.
* Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
* Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
* Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and security protocols.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
* Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
* Selfmotivated and capable of working independently.
* Experience in a hospital IT environment is a plus.

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.
