We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a Pick-Up & Delivery (P&D) Driver to join our team!
As a P&D Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering portable units, equipment, supplies, and other materials between locations and to customer sites. This role also includes setting up units at events and job sites, loading and unloading equipment, and safely maneuvering trailers in a variety of environments.
The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on position. Previous experience pulling, backing, loading, and unloading trailers is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completesan efficient delivery and pick up route for the day, adapting route as business conditions change.
- Picks up units along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other equipment as requested.
- Safely pull, back, maneuver, load, and unload trailers.
- Loads delivery vehicle withunits/equipmentscheduled for delivery.
- Delivers to correct addresses, obtainingsignaturesand proof of receipt when necessary.
- Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
- Ensures that deliveryvehicle receivesbasic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.Followsdisinfecting and safety guidelines.
- Meet all safety standards byabiding byall transportation laws, company policies, andmaintaininga safe driving record.
- Assistsin generalyard&maintenanceduties when route is completed.
- Weekend,evening hours,& on-call hoursmay berequired.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to drive safely.
- Previous experience pulling and backing trailers is required.
- Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
- Ability to plan delivery routesand adjust as business needsdictate.
- Ability tomaintainbasic logs and records.
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
- Able toremain professional and courteous at all times.
education and Experience
- Valid driver’s license and3 yrs.clean driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
- Mustbe able tolift upto75pounds regularly.
- Must be able to load and unloadunitswith and without dollies invarious typesof weather.
- Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl asrequiredto access units.
- Able to handle strong odors.
