Position Description:

In the role of a Program Manager I you will be working in our Pediatrics Department.
Purpose
Work independently, under the direction of the Director of Medical Education and Vice Chair of Education, to manage the activities of Pediatric Training Program(s). Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals.

Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.

Specifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 6 years
Preferred Education: Master’s degree
Preferred Experience: Education Program Coordination and management, Understanding of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards
Field: Business Administration, Simulation focused education, Higher Education, Medical Education (GME or UME)
