Then take a look at this fantastic growth opportunity to come on our journey of success.As a Performance Lead Manager, you will ensure consistent and outstanding service to all Tempdent learners and clients through impactful, timely and effective leadership. You will provide effective performance management and develop to help your colleagues reach for the stars and meet their targets and deadlines, including, quality, compliance and timely achievement.Key elements of this role include…. Lead and supervise a team, with a key emphasis on performance management, including all duties normally associated with the management of staff such as appraisals, 1:1s, mentoring and development. Work closely with the Quality Lead Manager to obtain the feedback of assessor performance including risk bandings, sampling, observations, any other IQA activity, achievements, challenges and areas for development. Support a small caseload of learners. Plan, co-ordinate, and review the learning activities associated with learners in the workplace, monitoring in weekly handovers with assessors. Maintain and update knowledge of the subject/professional area and co-operate in any staff development activities required to effectively carry out the duties of the post and to participate in review and development schemes. Ensure adherence to Tempdent Recruitment and Training key policies, including but not limited to, GDPR, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Quality.Embody the Tempdent values “Our Heart”RequirementsWhat we need from you:.
