The full-time role is split with 80% of time dedicated to one of our most successful client accounts leading a Paid Media Team which is in-housed running across several brands. The remaining 20% of time is dedicated to our Performance Marketing department supporting our Head of Performance Marketing in driving our departments capabilities, refining/improving processes, supporting teams with best practice and driving our departments quarterly goals. You’ll be a well-rounded data and performance marketing practitioner, leading projects with a strong focus on customer journeys and behaviour. As well as this, you will also be the senior client liaison and strategic campaign lead, an experienced technical practitioner and motivational team leader.What you will be doing:
