The School District of Milton is seeking energetic individuals for a Permanent Substitute Special education Aide
position at West Elementary School. This position will be employed by and compensated through Kelly Education, yet
managed by the School District of Milton. This position will begin September 2, 2025 and continue through
June 6, 2025. This position will consist of 7.25 hours per day and up to thirty-six hours and fifteen minutes (36.25)
hours per week. The position will be working throughout the district and may be assigned to other buildings due to
substitute and student needs. Daily start and end times will depend upon building assignments. Flexibility is a must!
The ideal candidates will be expected to work the entire 2025-2026 school year and will be compensated a rate of
$16.90 per hour for days 1-19. After completion of 19 days there will be an increase in compensation to $17.50 per hour
retroactive back to day 1. Please communicate with Kelly Education regarding employment.
Qualifications:
The School District of Milton is seeking individuals who will be able to assist teachers working with students with
disabilities, including academic, social, emotional and behavioral support, transporting, and clerical duties as well as
potential personal care. Candidates should be organized, have strong communication skills, have a valid Wisconsin
driver’s license, lift 80 pounds, and be able to collaboratively work with others. The ideal candidate will be required to
obtain a Special Education Program Aide License O070 through the Department of Public Instruction.
