The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to provide meaningful and proactive support to Arup’s UKIMEA Regional People Lead. This significant role requires initiative, individual awareness and influencing skills jointly with excellent communication, planning and organisational capabilities. This role requires a prominent level of confidentiality due to the sometime sensitive nature of the projects you will be supporting.
The role will include high level diary and email management. Working in partnership with the Business Services Partners (BSP’s), , will require you to be organised, proactive and influential whilst working in a calm and approachable way.
You will make an impact in this role by planning and organising the activities on behalf of the Regional People Lead, understanding the business priorities to manage the diary ensuring effective and efficient use of time. Helping juggle priorities, working independently, predicting, and making decisions to prevent conflicting scenarios. Taking notes at meetings as required, tracking actions, and managing through to completion.
You will be accountable for assisting with recruitment as required, working with our internal resourcing team to schedule interviews with candidates, always adhering to data privacy rules
Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who:
- Possess previous experience at an executive level and a proven record of excellent PA skills
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer with the ability to form networks at all levels and influence effectively
- Have superb organisational and administration skills, including minutes.
- Have proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Have a knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Qualifications:
- Level 4/5 administrative qualification would be preferable
