- Prior experience in personal injury work is essential, ideally with exposure to fast- and multi-track cases
- Strong drafting skills and confident legal knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to manage your time well
- A collaborative mindset, but also happy working independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal software
- A genuine interest in developing your career in personal injury law
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Running your own caseload with supervision, across a mix of PI claims including RTA (Small, Fast, Intermediate & Multi-Track), Employer’s Liability, and Public Liability
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings and witness statements
- Preparing cases for litigation and attending hearings as required
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, third parties, and the courts
- Staying on top of admin and case management systems
- Getting involved in marketing initiatives — from articles to keeping online content compliant and engaging
- Supporting compliance with firm policies and wider regulations
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary between £24,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
