Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Personalization Machine Operator to bring our customers’ orders to life! In this fast-paced role, you’ll follow a dynamic schedule to personalize and process plastic cards with precision, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards. Our 3rd shift Personalization Machine Operator Team in Bolingbook, IL works Monday – Friday 10:00pm – 6:00am.

Your day will be filled with hands-on operation of cutting-edge machines-printing, folding, and assembling materials for mailing. You’ll be the final touch before our products reach our valued customers, swapping out any subpar cards and guaranteeing perfection every time.

Pay ranges from $17.00-$23.51/hour, based on the role, level, and shift. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
• Understanding of quality processes and procedures
• Safety conscious attitude with a good understanding of general safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and reach and move about facility
• Overtime may be required
• Occasional travel, including international

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferred
• Greater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferred
• Mathematical ability required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast pace and demanding environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or as a team member
• Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
